With a cake this size some people would figure that it would need at least one if not two heating cores. This pan didn't need any. Which is impressive since I am well aware my oven is not even close to even when heating. I actually forgot to rotate the pan and still, perfect baking throughout. LOVE IT. Totally worth its weight in gold.

I've been baking with Fat Daddio's pans for a long time now. It only took me THE perfect 9" round cake pan to convert all of my pans to Fat Daddio's. In this 9x13 pan, I've only made marshmallows so far (which popped right out of the pan, by the way!) but I can see myself using this pan for lots of baking goods in the future. Perfectly sharp corners are a plus!
